Banana cake is just so good, especially with a hot coffee.
This cake is very soft and moist, so I love to make it for afternoon lunch.

It does not take eggs or milk and I use half white flour and half whole flour.
I replaced the milk with almond milk.

Let’s make it?

Ingredients

1 cup of white flour
1 cup of whole flour
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
½ cup of vegetal oil
¾ of vegetal milk
1 cup of banana smashed
1 tablespoon of white vinegar
1 tablespoon of baking soda

MAKING IT

Preheat the oven to 410 F.
Grease a baking pan with oil and breadcrumbs.
In a bowl, place the white flour, the whole flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and mix with a spoon.
Add the oil, the milk, banana, and white vinegar and mix well until a smooth batter.
Add the baking soda and mix again.
Place the batter in the baking pan and bake for 40 minutes or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out dry.
If you like pulverize it with baking sugar and cinnamon. Its ready to be enjoyed!
