In my deep love for animals, I turned vegetarian. I planned for some time, concerned if it would be hard to do. As days and weeks passed by I were leaving behind, the flavor of chicken, the texture of fish and the omelets on breakfasts.

It was very easy for me, and I found so many flavors on this path. I really never thought that being vegetarian would be so tasteful. Every dinner, my partner and I, test new recipes and enjoy the pleasure of it. The explosion of flavors the mushrooms has,the sweetness small tomatoes, the crispy taste of kale.

We build around our table our place on the family and inside the world.

Daily we shape our tastes, the idea of pleasure, in each meal, around our table.

We also create relationships and memories. We share stories about the past and about today and celebrate moments. In this context, we also bring yesterdays and tomorrow to the sacred space of our table.

In these moments, it brings me back the rituals at my grandma house, the fresh smell of coffee and bread, laughs and tears, chicken thighs and foaming milk, all mixed in my mind, present in my heart as forever.

Our table is grounds for magical chemistries that we hope is fertile, as long as we share bread and poetry.

Our kitchen is full of flavors and aromas. Our table is a sacred place where we share memories, happy moments and comfort.

My soul found new dimensions cooking, and I feel confident between my pans and spices.

In these moments, it brings me back the rituals at my grandma house, the fresh smell of coffee and bread, laughs and tears, chicken thighs and foaming milk, all mixed in my mind, present in my heart as forever.

At my kitchen, the little girl with bright eyes and the savvy woman with experience are just one, cooking flavors and preparing memories.

People that many times share our table can feel the energy of that forever moments, immersing themselves in their comfort foods.

As a merlin, I keep mixing today and tomorrow, with long-gone flashes of lost memories.
