There is a lack information when we talk about diabetes. We can find some information about the disease but not the diet we must follow to keep our sugar levels at an acceptable range for pre-diabetics and diabetics. When my doctor told me years ago my sugar levels were high I confess I didn’t care much, but as time passed by and I got wiser about dieting and I understood how important the knowledge of this condition is. I have learned a lot about dieting and the impact food has on our health, and how much we can improve it eating well and choosing organic over non-organic. I know how important it is to leave out processed foods and if possible actually prepare what we eat and offer to our family. I have been testing recipes for diabetics and this bread is just amazing. DIET MINUTE BREAD
4 tablespoons of baking sweetener – ( you find here)
4 1/2 cups of flour
3 tablespoon of light butter
2 tablespoons of baking soda
1 teaspoon of light salt ( you find here)
2 plain light yogurt
In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well using your hands. Mix well until getting a smooth batter. Make small bread (25 units). If you wish to fill up with jam. Bake at 350F in a greased and floured pan, until gets light brown.
